When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the case registered on the file of the first respondent Police in Crime No.872 of 2023 was later transferred to the file of the AWPS, Karumathampatty and that the investigation has also been completed and the final report has been ready. However, in the final report, the petitioner has not been arrayed as an accused. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 05.11.2025 ham To 1.
