O R D E R

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 1/4

09.01.2025, for the offences punishable under Section 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(c) of NDPS Act in Crime No.13 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is 3rd bail petition. Earlier bail petitions of the petitioner was dismissed twice dated 13.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.12639 of 2025 and 07.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30372 of 2025 on the following reasons: "5.Considering the fact that the case involved herein is a commercial quantity and Rigors of Section 37 of NDPS Act is applicable. However, the petitioner has not made out any grounds to satisfy Section 37 of NDPS Act. Hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner." Immediately, the present petition has been filed.

3. I have already considered the submissions made by the petitioner in the earlier bail applications, and that there is no change in circumstances in this case, I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 2/4
