The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.09.2025, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 275 and 123 of K. RAJASEKAR, J.

Crl.O.P.No.30160 of 2025 BNS r/w Section 24(1) of COTPA Act, in Crime No.513 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This Court already dismissed the bail application of the petitioner on the following grounds:

"Considering the nature of the allegations and the fact that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 2.4 kg of tobacco products and has bad antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner."

3. Considering the facts, without any change in circumstances second time this petition has been filed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
