ORDER

The Revision challenges the quantum of maintenance awarded to petitioners 2 and 3, who are the minor children of the first petitioner and the respondent herein. By the impugned order, the trial Court had awarded a maintenance of Rs.30,000/- payable to both the respondents 2 and 3. 2.The parties were earlier referred to mediation, which failed. During the course of arguments, this Court suggested to the learned counsel on either side that the respondent shall pay the annual school fees of the two minor children and shall pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the petitioners towards monthly maintenance every month, to which, both the counsels agreed. 3.In view of the same, the order passed by the trial Court is modified as follows;

(1) the respondent shall pay the school fees of the two minor children. The first petitioner shall furnish the school fee details to the respondent one month in advance, which shall be paid by the respondent;

(2) the respondent shall pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) towards monthly maintenance to the respondents.

4.With the above observations, the Revision is disposed of. 18-02-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order TSG To The Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.
