O RDER This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.10.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

It is seen that the petitioner's one of her children fell down and her entire face has been disfigured and in order to take treatment at Coimbatore, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 21.10.2025 seeking transfer from Madurai to Coimbatore and the same has been not considered. Hence, this writ petition.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 21.10.2025 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
