The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Trial Court dated 14-10-2025 in I.A.No.2 of 2024 in OS.No.4694 of 2023.

2. The I.A.No.2 of 2024 has been filed by the 1st defendant in the suit seeking to reject the plaint. In the said IA. No.2 of 2024, on 14-10-2025, the arguments were heard and the order was reserved. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner/ plaintiff in the suit has preferred this revision.

3. When the petition to reject the plaint filed by the first defendant was heard and the order was reserved, there is nothing wrong in it. The petitioner cannot be aggrieved by the same. It is not the case of the petitioner that the court has no jurisdiction to entertain the petition for rejection of the plaint. In these circumstances, I do not find any error in the order impugned in this Civil revision petition. Accordingly, the civil revision petition stands dismissed. No costs.
