ORDER

This Court passed an Order on 26.03.2025 directing the respondents to pass Orders on the representation made by the petitioner on 03.07.2023 within a period of four weeks.

2. Ms.Jeevitha appearing for the petitioner allege that the since the orders have not been complied, she has come forward with the present contempt petition

3. When the matter was taken up, Mr.B.Anand, representing the Arcot Municipality states that an enquiry has been conducted and final order passed on 29.11.2025. The Order is scanned and extracted hereunder. :

4. Since the Order has been complied with, although with delay, I am not inclined to initiate contempt. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, it is open to her to challenge the same in accordance with law.
