ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 06.03.2023 and to pass orders, within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the subject property originally belonged to one Mr.Subramania Shah and patta was also issued to him in Patta No.3 for 86 cents. Thereafter on his demise, the legal heirs are entitled for the same. When the representation was made in this regard by the petitioner, the 4 th

3/7 respondent issued an enquiry notice and thereafter, there was absolutely no progress. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 4 th respondent to proceed further with the enquiry and to take a decision on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
