ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 12.8.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries.

2.Heard Mr.M.Vignesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 3.The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property by virtue of a partition deed dated 27.5.2025 and also the patta issued in the name of the petitioner in patta No.2583. The petitioner submitted an on-line

application on 12.8.2025 after paying necessary charges for survey of the subject property and for laying the boundaries. Since the same is not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 12.8.2025 and conduct the survey in the subject property based on the title document and the patta that stands in the name of the petitioner and the said process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. If there are any other interested parties, the survey shall be conducted in their presence.
