ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B), 25 of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.355 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by 1/4

the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.27938 of 2025 by order dated 14.10.2025 on the following reasons:

"Considering that the quantity seized is 8 kgs of ganja, and if anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner, there is a possibility of committing similar offences in future, and investigation in this case is not concluded, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner".

3. There is no change in circumstances established before this Court to revisit the earlier order.
