This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the third respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2025 according to law. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), who takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3, submitted that earlier, on the complaint given by the petitioner before J-8 Neelankarai Police Station, an enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.64 of 2023 and on 03.04.2023, it was closed directing the petitioner to give a complaint before the Neiveli Police Station as he had sent the money from his address at Neiveli. Subsequently, the petitioner had sent a similar representation by registered post on 31.07.2025 to the first respondent which was forwarded to the third respondent in which an enquiry was conducted in C.No.4554/COP/Visiotrs/2022 and the same was closed on 12.12.2025 directing the petitioner to approach the Neiveli Police again and a closure report has also been sent to the petitioner by registered post on 13.12.2025.

In view of the above submission made by the learned 2/4

Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to proceed further in the manner known to law. No costs.
