ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the year 2002 seeking Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate action against respondents 4 to 7 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 26.2.2002 and punish them.
2. Though the writ petition is pending for more than a decade, notice has not been served to the respondents till date. The petitioner, instead of invoking the mechanism available under the Criminal Procedure Code, has come before this Court. Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to order the writ petition.
