2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly after dismissal of the earlier relaxation petition in Crl.M.P.No.18977 of 2025; and that the investigation is yet to be concluded.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.24871 of 2025, dated 11.09.2025 is relaxed, however the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
