This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein viz., the Inspector of Police, Veppankuppam Police Station, Vellore District, to deposit the Toyota Fortuner car bearing registration No.TN 09 BE 3492, which is involved in Crime No.206 of 2025, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Vellore, Vellore District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the said vehicle was seized only on 06.11.2025 (yesterday) and the same would be produced before the Court within a week.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction that the respondent police shall deposit the said vehicle before the Court concerned on or before 13.11.2025.
