This petition is filed to permit the petitioner to substitute the assignee Phoenix ARC Private Limited, having address at 3rd floor, Wallace Towers, 139-140/B/1 Crossing of Sahar Road and Western Express Highway, Vile Parle East, Mumbai-400 057 in the place in the place of the 3rd respondent Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd., 2nd Floor, ITC Centre, 760 Anna Salai, Chennai-600 002.

2. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.
