This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Paragraph No.3(b) in Crl.O.P.No. 22321 of 2025, dated 18.08.2025.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complied with the conditions imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 22321 of 2025, dated 18.08.2025 regularly.
