The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.08.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 120(b), 420, 419, 468, 109, 468 r/w 471 of IPC in Crime No.11 of 2009, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. It is seen that, this Court on 23.09.2025 dismissed the petitioner's bail in Crl.O.P.No.24460 of 2025 by stating the following reasons: "3. It is the case of jumped bail. Originally, the petitioner was released on bail. Subsequently, he appeared before the trial Court in C.C.No.636 of 2019. It had been stated that he failed to appear before the trial Court on 07.03.2023 and on the same day NBW was issued and on execution of the same, the petitioner was arrested on 08.08.2025. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case is now posted for arguments. Hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed."

3. Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition has been filed. Hence, considering the fact that earlier merits of the case was already considered and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier anticipatory bail petition.
