ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the order passed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.18648 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No. 1951 of 2025 dated 08.10.2025.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner would submit that on receipt of order copy, he was unable to comply the condition imposed on him immediately due to time constraint as well as due to his health condition. Hence, he seeks some more time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18648 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No. 1951 of 2025 dated 08.10.2025, as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the suspension of sentence ordered by this court shall stand vacated.
