ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23050 of 2025 order dated 10.09.2025 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 A.M., for a period of three months".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23050 of 2025 dated 10.09.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
