Respondent Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed u/s.483(3) of BNSS Act, 2023 / 439 (2) of CrPC., praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner 6(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., till transfer of investigation to Andhra Pradesh, Thereafter, shall appear before the Investing Agency at Andhra Pradesh by its order dated 12.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 24967 of 2025. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.6(b) of the order dated 12.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.24967 of 2025, "that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., till transfer of investigation to Andhra Pradesh, Thereafter, the petitioner shall appear before the Investing Agency at Andhra Pradesh".

2.After hearing both sides, this Court modifies the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24967 of 2025 by order dated 12.09.2025, wherein, the relevant Paragraph No. 6(b) which reads as follows:- "6(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e.., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till transfer of investigation to Andhra Pradesh,Thereafter, the petitioner shall appear before the Investing Agency at Andhra Pradesh.

3. The rest of the conditions in Crl.O.P.No.24967 of 2025 by order dated 12.09.2025, shall remains unaltered.
