ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Challenge to the order of the 5th respondent/Corporation dated 13.08.2025, among other grounds, is based on the ground that he has no jurisdiction to issue lock and seal notice.

2. What we see from the communication dated 13.08.2025 is that the Assistant Engineer has informed the petitioner that since the

petitioner has not complied with the earlier lock and seal notice and de-occupation notice, action may be taken against her. It is more in the nature of an intimation of follow-up action, after issuance of lock and seal notice and de-occupation notice. Therefore, we are not inclined to interfere. If the petitioner wants some time to remove by herself, she may approach the authorities with such a request. Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim application stands closed. (MANINDRA MOHAN SHRIVASTAVA, CJ.) (G.ARUL MURUGAN, J.) 20.11.2025 Index : Yes/No : Yes/No sra
