ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner to reopen the evidence on the side of the petitioner.

2. According to the applicant, he is the petitioner in the main petition and he filed the main petition for the grant of Letters of Administration and already he examined the witnesses and the learned Master closed the evidence. He wants to examine the attesting witness of the Will to prove the Will. Therefore, the examination of the witnesses is necessary and the case has to be reopened for examination of the witnesses on the side of the petitioner.

3. The respondents have no objection.

4. Considering the above-said reasons, and in order to give a fair chance to the applicant/petitioner to prove the Will by way of examining the attesting witness, this application is allowed. 24-11-2025 (1/2) dk Page No.3 of 4
