This application has been filed by the applicants/petitioners to accept the translated version (in English) of the Original Will dated 11.07.2013, bearing Doc.No.102 of 2013 on the file of the Joint Sub-Registrar II, Tirunelveli, filed in O.P.D.No.149417 of 2024. Page No.1 of 3

2. According to the applicants/petitioners, they filed the main Original Petition for the grant of Letters of Administration of the Will of the late Soma. Thirunavukarasu Chettiar. The original Will dated 11.07.2013 bearing Doc.No.102 of 2013 on the file of the Joint SubRegistrar II, Tirunelveli, was executed in Tamil, and they want to produce the translated version (in English Language) of the original Will as per law.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Original Petition if it is otherwise in order.
