ORDER
This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 867 days in filing the said revision against the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham, Vellore District, in Crl.M.P.No.5404 of 2023, dated 15.11.2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant(s) and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the material available in the record.
3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to costs.
4. The petitioner / appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on or before 17.11.2025. On such payment, the delay of 867 days in filing the above Crl.R.C.SR.NO.88573 of 2025, stands condoned.
5. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
