This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking for modification of the conditions imposed upon the petitioner by this Court in Paragraph No.7 in

Crl.O.P.No.25594 of 2025, dated 18.09.2025.

2. Earlier this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25594 of 2025, dated 18.09.2025 with one of the conditions that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Alandur on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties each, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the Police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was unable to execute the bond of Rs.25,000/-. He further submitted that the petitioner is now ready to furnish two sureties for the bond of Rs.10,000/-.

4.Considering the nature of offences and the petitioner is directed to execute surety bond, this Court is not inclined to modify the conditions imposed in Paragraph No.7 in Crl.O.P.No.25594 of 2025, dated 18.09.2025.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is directed to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25594 of 2025 dated 18.09.2025. 27-11-2025 gbi Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes
