The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.08.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 305(a), 61(2), 317(2), 317(5) and 331(4) of BNS Act, 2023 in Crime No.396 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. It is seen that, this Court by an order dated 22.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25253 of 2025 had dismissed the petitioner's bail application stating the following reason:
"Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner and also some of the articles were not recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner." Now, the present petition has been filed without any change in circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
