ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.166 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the 1st respondent will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of one (1) month.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the 1st respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.166 of 2019 within a period of one month from today.
