ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to amend the order dated 22.09.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.25967 of 2025, by substituting the words "Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram' in place 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in Crl.O.P.No.25967 of 2025, dated 22.09.2025 and issue a fresh order copy.
