This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 218 days in filing the above second appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the appellant prays that notice to the 1st respondent may be dispensed with and also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the same, notice to the 1st respondent is dispensed with.

3. Mr.D.Venkatachalam, learned counsel who takes notice for the 2nd respondent did not raise any objection in allowing this petition. This Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the C.M.A.Sr.No.174736 of 2025 of 2025, if it is otherwise in order.
