ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to amend the prayer as S.C.No.11 of 2024 instead of S.C.No.11 of 2025 in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29039 of 2025 dated 25.10.2025.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in an order dated 25.10.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.29039 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy. Further one week time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.29039 of 2025 dated 25.10.2025.
