The present Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry and to take action against the private respondents on the basis of the petitioner's complaints 2/6

dated 19.05.2020 and 25.06.2020.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is approaching this Court seeking a direction to take action on the complaint given by him in the year 2020, i.e, after five years of giving the complaints and that the petition is not maintainable. He further submitted that there are no records available on the file of the respondent Police regarding the petitioner's complaints alleged to have been given on 19.05.2020 and 25.06.2020. He also submitted that if a fresh representation is given, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Writ Petition (Criminal) stands closed granting liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the authorities concerned, if so advised. No costs.
