3. Despite service, the proposed Respondent Nos.10 to 12 did not choose to contest the Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. This Court has perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

6. Reasons stated in the affidavit is satisfied. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

7. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case , there shall be no order as to costs.
