transformers situated in Plot No.428, 5th Main Road, Srinivasa Nagar and Plot Nos.434 and 435, 6th Main Road, Srinivasa Nagar, Velachery, Chennai - 600 042.

Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 24.09.2025 and shift the transformers without insisting upon any cost from the petitioner for shifting the transformers situated in Plot No.428, 5th Main Road, Srinivasa Nagar and Plot Nos.434 and 435, 6th Main Road, Srinivasa Nagar, Velachery, Chennai - 600 042.

3.The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent has erected transformers in front 2/4

of the entrance of the petitioner's properties and hence the petitioner made representation to the respondents to remove the said transformer and shift them to some other place, without insisting upon any cost from the petitioner, however, there is no fruitful response. The learned Senior Counsel further submitted that this Court may, without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2025 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.

4.Considering the limited request now made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of.
