This criminal original petition has been filed, to direct the respondent to file a final report in Cr.No.103 of 2024 pending on the file of the CBCID Police Station, Puducherry, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), appearing for the respondent police submitted that the case was originally filed by the Ariyankuppam Police Station, Puducherry and subsequently, the case has been transferred to the file of the CBCID Police Station, Puducherry. He further submitted that a final report will be filed within a period of three months.

Recording the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Cr.No.103 of 2024, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of 2/5

this order.

Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
