ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his appeal dated 07.04.2025 pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. Aggrieved by the order dated 14.03.2025 passed by the 2nd respondent, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the 1st respondent dated 07.04.2025. Since the said appeal has not been disposed of, this writ petition has been filed seeking for early disposal.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse orders are passed in this Page No.2/5

writ petition as against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents are dispensed with.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's appeal is directed to be disposed of by the 1st respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after hearing the objections of the private respondents and adhering to the principles of natural justice.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 07.04.2025, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the objections of the private respondents and adhering to the principles of natural justice. No costs.
