This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 53 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the order passed by the Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Economic Offences-II, Egmore, Chennai in EOCC No.17 of 2025 dated 14.05.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 53 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
