ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the 1st respondent to cancel the settlement deed dated 13.04.2022 registered as document No.1238 of 2022 SRO Chetpattu and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to cancel the subsequent sale deeds in documents number 1401 of 2022 dated 27.04.2022 and sale deed document No.2031 of 2025 dated 02.06.2025, SRO Chetpattu, pursuant to petitioner's representations dated 07.04.2025 and 27.08.2025

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner after conducting enquiry and giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and counter parties, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
