ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed seeking direction to the learned I Additional District Judge, Vellore to dispose of the O.S.No.199 of 2022, within a time frame, fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for partition and for various other reliefs. The suit was filed in the year 2022. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that issues were framed as early as on 17.08.2023 and the suit was posted for trial on 16.10.2023. However, till date, recording of evidence is not commenced.

3. Taking into consideration the suit is of the year 2022 and the pleadings of the parties were already completed long back, this court is inclined to direct the learned I Additional District Judge, Vellore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.199 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
