Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents herein for wilful disobedience of the of this Court dated 12.07.2024 in W.P.No.18666 of 2024 for contempt.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 12.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.18666 of 2024, thereby directing the respondents to pay the differential Gratuity, Pension Commutation, Leave Encashment and Pension arrear to the petitioner, with applicable interest, within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the as directed by this Court, the respondents disbursed all the arrears amount to the petitioner. He also produced a calculation memo filed by the respondent before this Court.

Recording the above submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
