ORDER

This Contempt Petition arises out of the Order dated 16.06.2025 in W.P.No.20776 of 2025 passed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appeared on behalf of the Respondent submitted that pursuant to the Order dated 16.06.2025 in W.P.No.20776 of 2025 passed by this Court, Respondent has issued the Proceedings dated 21.03.2026 bearing Na.Ka.6865/2025/A1 and thereby, the Respondent has duly complied with the direction issued by this Court in Order dated 16.06.2025 in W.P.No.20776 of 2025. The learned Additional Government Pleader has produced the Proceedings dated 21.03.2026 issued by the Respondent, before this Court.

3. The above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for Petitioner.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Contempt Petition is closed and the Respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings.
