When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the proceedings of the Engineer in Chief and Chief Engineer dated 18.11.2025 was placed before this Court along with the letter dated 20.03.2025 issued by the Deputy Secretary to the Government. A copy of the same has also been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
