ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner complaining that the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.37840 of 2016 dated 13.09.2023 had not been complied with. However, the order had been passed in a batch of writ petitions and the other writ petitioners had also filed similar contempt petitions and taking note of the fact that the respondents have filed writ appeal, those contempt petitions had been closed.

2.In view of the above, similar order is passed closing this contempt petition giving liberty to file fresh petition, if occasion arises and depending upon the nature of the order passed in the writ appeal by the Division Bench.
