ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 118(1), 351(3) of BNS Act 2023, in Crime No.602 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner was arrested and he is in prison. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.
