ORDER

This Court has earlier dismissed the bail application of the petitioner in Crl OP No.28523 of 2025, vide order dated 17.10.2025, on the following reasons:

"6.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, the petitioner is having 34 previous cases, the medical records produced by the petitioner, it reveals that the petitioner was discharged from hospital on 26.08.2025. Though it is stated that he was undergoing treatment therein and the petitioner having bad antecedents and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed"

2. In the successive bail application, wherein the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the final report was filed and the same is taken on file in PRC No.1888/2025 and summons have been ordered.

3. Considering the submissions, I am of the view that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons. With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
