JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The present Appeal is filed against an interim order granting status quo on 03.10.2025, which came to be subsequently extended on 09.10.2025.

2. Admittedly, the appellant herein has filed a petition to vacate the interim order granted in W.M.P.No.42300 of 2025 and the same is stated to be listed 'for hearing' on 07.11.2025. While the petition to vacate the interim order is pending before the learned Single Judge, it would not be appropriate to parallely adjudicate the present Writ Appeal.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed with liberty to the appellant to proceed with the vacate stay petition. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. (M.S.RAMESH J.)
