This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of the above miscellaneous petitions and accordingly, the delays are condoned and these Petitions stand ordered.

The Registry is directed to number the Appeals, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the matters before the Deputy Registrar, for admission since the learned counsel for the appellant express urgency that the respondents have already moved an execution petition.
