(Order of the Court was made by R. SURESH KUMAR, J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 496 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. Heard the learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners.

3. Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel accepts notice for the respondents 1 & 3 and he has no serious objection in allowing the petition.

4. Despite notice having been served and the name and the address of the respondents2 & 4 have been printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of them.

5. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

6. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
