Heard Mr.S.Doraisamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.S.Arunadithya, for the respondent Board representing Ms.S.Mekhala, learned standing counsel for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks for date and time of site visit in order to enable the petitioner to participate in tender. The last date of which is 03.11.2025. Mr.S.S.Arunadithya, reports that the Executive Engineer of the respondents is currently on the way to the site. He will inspect the site along with the petitioner and will issue the certificate by this evening. His statement is recorded.
