ORDER

(1) The petitioner has filed the above miscellaneous petition to condone the delay of 872 days in representing the above Appeal Suit.

(2) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

(3) This Court, having gone through the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition, is of the view that the delay can be condoned subject to terms.

(4) Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the delay of 872 days in representing the appeal suit is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays cost of Rs.2,000/- [Rupees Two Thousand only] to ''The Kanchi Kamakoti Childs Trust Hospital at Nungambakkam, Chennai-600 034, [Bank Name: ICICI Bank, Branch:- Nungambakkam Branch, Bank Account Name: The Childs Trust, Bank Account Number:- 00901008171, IFSC Code:-ICIC0000009] on or before 28.04.2026.
