Secretary to Government of Tamil Nadu, Housing and Urban Development Department, Fort St.George, Secretariat, Chennai-9 to consider and dispose of the appeal/ revision preferred by the petitioner on 17.03.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this court. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal/ revision preferred by the petitioner on 17.03.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if there are, and giving them 2/4

opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
